The desk is the focal point of your home office suite, and once that has been chosen the rest should be easy. Think about the tasks you will routinely need to carry out while you are sat at this desk, as these will dictate the best layout of the rest of your furniture. Paper can be stored in a hutch for easy access, or you can create two sets of drawers, one each side of you, which will be able to store a lot of files. You can even coordinate your other filing cabinets, giving a matching look to your entire home office suite.
