How To Design The Ergonomic Home Office Which Will Safeguard Your Health

If you are going to be watching a screen for long periods of time, make sure that the monitor you choose is clear enough so that you avoid eye strain, and also that you can see it at a comfortable distance.

Keyboards are not expensive items, and they can be readily replaced, but using the wrong one can put unnecessary strain on your hands and fingers. Everyone has a different size and shape of hand, so there is no one solution which will work for everyone. It really is just a case of trying different keyboards and noting what feels comfortable. Add the right keyboard to a well chosen desk and chair, and you will have completed your optimum ergonomic home office.
